Why does spiceworks run so slow

We have been working on the system this morning and think there is a subtle increase in speed but it is still seconds for the Help Desk Ticket Open Ticket view to fully load, this seems excessively slow and does hinder working but if it is within expected response range we will go with it. I received the file, ran the repair and everything is much better. Spicework and its' support forums are the best! Glad that did the trick for you!

I made the change on the server and restarted Spiceworks but still seems to be doing the same things. I will update a ticket and click on Save and I will see "Processing" at the top but many times it won't update the ticket and the comment still sits in the box and the Save button is active again.

I may have to click a few times before it will accept. That is the route I'm heading now. What makes me think database size as well is that we have another instance for a different department with a much smaller database and it is running smoothly.
