It's funny because from the manga pictures the difference between Sasuke and Itachi seems to be way less than 10 cms. I think Sasuke will reach a similar height than Itachi when he is 20 years old.
I was around cm when I was Now I'm 22 and i don't think I've grown any taller. Why does it matter anyway? Imagine Naruto then, Sasuke was a giant compared to Him when they were standing next to each other at Orochimaru's hideout.
